The appointment was scheduled for same day by iTech at 4:00 pm as the client had to purchase grocery item since it was Saturday evening before. iTechnician arrived on time at client flat in the big court in the area. The customer was jubilant and offered a hot drink to iTechnician. The customer had to do a lot of her office work on her iPhone. She paid by debit card on the spot via Chip-n-Pin device. The customer was sent a receipt via email on the spot, covering full one year warranty. iTechnician passed iRepairMan card for future repair needs, and the customer promised to recommend iRepairMan to friends and family.
