Question 1: What is official name of your business repair services?
Answer: iRepairMan – We fix Apple brands such as iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy & Note series, Huawei, One Plus, Google Pixel and Sony. We repair at people house and office & work-sites anywhere within London and countryside. We also offer pick and deliver service across whole UK within 2-3 working days. We fix cracked front screen display (Glass, LCD), back glass, battery cover, change whole housing or body of the phone, replace new battery, repair charging port, audio and video camera fixing, software fix, water damage or motherboard or logic board level issues.
Question 2: Which city/area you are based and which areas you cover?
Answer: Our registered office is based in Old street Central London but we cover whole London and country sides. For call-out repair jobs, we come to your location (Office/Home/nearest coffee shop) in London and its countryside, covering the area under M25.
However, We courier service i.e. pick and deliver service is spread all over the UK. (You can chose option of repair while you booking online form).
Question3: How you do repair? what is process to get my phone or device fixed?
Answer: For same day phone repair, basically, you book the repair via our website, over the phone and via-online chat. Within 45 minutes after the booking, our Technician/Engineer will contact you via provide mobile number or email to you, to make appointment for same day. At the schedule time and day, Tech will arrive at your place. Tech will need small space to carry repair work i.e. small Table and chair, please. Within 15-20 minutes your iPhone will get fix. Other phone brands or tablet or iPad may take from 20-40 minutes usually. Then, after repair, Tech will hand over the phone to you to check. At last we will charge you either with by card machine, cash or online.
In case you choose option , 2-3 days within UK, our customer services assistant or Technician will email or call you to send our DHL courier partner for arranging pick up anywhere in the UK. Our courier will bring the device next day here in our workshop in London. We aim to repair same day and despatch your device same day to get deliver next day. In this option, you will pay us online as per invoice before we send our courier for pick-up.

Question 7: Is it safe your Engineer may visit my place?
Answer: Our all iTech/Engineers are DBS (Disclosure Barring Services) cleared. We are polite, professional, knowledgeable and experienced team of Techs.
Question 8: Is there any refund policy if my device has started any problem?
Answer: Although our experienced Engineer does work perfectly and error-free by following all standard procedures of Repairing. However, if there is a problem which is connected with original repair, that we can come to see it and fix it or we can issue a partial refund on mutual agreement between office and the customer. Good news is we offer 12 months manufacturing warranty on all our repairs. It does mean that if during 1-2 year the same problem happen that we will come to fix it and only small amount of call-out fee will be applied i.e. £10-£15
Question 9: Do you have any discount offer to students living in London?
Answer: Yes we do have 10% discount for all students on kinds of repair. You may ask proof of evidence as a registered student from the recognized body within London.
Question 10: Do you have store where I can come to fix it?
We have office at 160 Old street central London EC1V 2NX. We come to you to repair at your place. Customer does not come to us, we go to them. We are not traditional repair shop where people can come and get their phone fix. It is because we serve our customer at their home, work or nearest coffee shop. That is our expertise and business model we design to serve you.
Question 11: Are you Apple, Samsung or manufacturer authorised?
We are independent repair company only. However, we have greater degree of correct and professional knowledge and experience of all device which we do repair and advertise on the website.
Question 12: Which quality of parts you use such as screens and batteries etc.
We use genuine displays of all brands such as iPhone genuine Apple displays, iPad genuine screen assemblies, Samsung service packs and other manufacturers such as Huawei, One Plus, Google Pixel and Sony.
We also use Original/OEM quality screens of Apple, Samsung and other brands. That is exclusive iRepairMan Quality. We rate this OEM / Original quality next greater to genuine as it is cheaper than genuine and also same experience in use.
In some cases, we also use compatible / premium quality of screen and parts as they are more cost effective and much cheaper than genuine.

Question 13 : I am confused which screen quality is better for me?
This is little tricky. We recommend you also choose genuine screen and parts during online booking. However, if you are on budget and want cheaper, you can choose compatible quality or speak with our customer sales over the phone.
