The customer booked the repair via web-form. Our customer service executive booked the repair for the afternoon and passed to nearest certified Engineer. He fixed an appointment at 3:00 PM. The customer was happy to know that in few hours her phone was going to fix. The customer was worried about her data. Engineer helped the customer to back up the data, though we have stated in our terms that before repair hour, everyone should have back up the phone. Within few minutes Engineer fixed the phone in TV lounge. The customer was satisfied.
