The customer was frustrated because from last night he could not use his iPhone as it was not charging because of faulty charging port and hence it is not charging at all. Though the customer initially tried to fix port but could not succeed. Our engineer replaced the whole new charging port although it was a difficult repair. The customer was really happy and excited. He paid by pin & chip device on the spot.
