The customer had repair booked on Sunday, but in spite of calling by Engineer so many times, customer responded on email finally because of the wrong mobile number obtained at the date of booking. Office apologized the customer for noting mobile number incompletely.
Customer scheduled a phone glass repair on Tuesday early morning at 9:00 am. The iTechnician was there at 9:00 am, the customer was impressed upon arrival.
