A Customer booked for a cracked screen repair online via web-form. Sooner, the job was sent to an iTechnician and scheduled for the evening as per comfort of the customer. The customer was friendly and respectable, and they asked the engineer to buy a nice case and tempered glass screen protector for the iPhone 6 after the screen fix.
There were also some issues with the phone, other than screen repair i.e. damaged loudspeaker and headphone jack. Although, the iTechnician on-site offered 20% discount on the two unscheduled repairs the customer only relied on screen repair. The iPhone 6 screen was badly shattered, but iTech replaced it with a brand new screen in 10 minutes. Customer’s Dad also shared some useful information about repairing experiences. The customer paid the final price by CASH and was jubilant.
