Customer booked iPhone repair with our office via the web form. Soon customer got appointment afternoon. The customer was coming from the airport and could not reach on time at home but engineer courteously managed to wait for the customer. The customer was really happy to see Engineer as she was unable to use her phone since last night. Engineer replaced the brand new screen and also home-button. As home button was broken. We fixed her new iPhone in 20 minutes and manage to take payment by Paypal.
