We cover Central London, Greater London, and surrounding areas—including parts of the countryside—within a 15–20 mile radius from Baker Street Underground Station. We also welcome repair jobs under M25 areas and offer nationwide repairs via our courier pick-and-drop service.

6. Are your technicians background-checked?

Yes. All iRepairMan technicians are DBS-checked (Disclosure and Barring Service) and trained to carry out repairs professionally, securely, and respectfully in any environment.

7. What is your warranty and refund policy?

We offer a 12-month warranty on most repairs. If an issue reoccurs that is related to the original repair, we’ll return to fix it. A small call-out fee (£10–£15) may apply in some cases. 8. Do you offer student discounts?

Yes! Students with valid ID from a UK-recognised educational institution receive 10% off all repairs. Just show your student card at the time of booking or repair.
